What's in a name?
The naming of TriCom Coatings, Inc.
TriCom Coatings represents the Three Commisso’s, Robert,
Casey & Lisa, coming together to operate our family business. Our
coatings DO fly all around the world on military as well as civilian
aircraft parts and covers the world because we distribute to
customers from Anaheim to Afghanistan, Baltimore to Beijing, and
everywhere in between. With provided means of shipping, we go the
distance to deliver our coatings!
TriCom Coatings, FIRST AND FOREMOST, represents the Triune
God (God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit),
Communicating His love for mankind through His Son. God is our CEO,
as we acknowledge that He is our anchor on Whom to hold on to, and
our Cornerstone on which to build upon, both personally and in the
business world. He has carried us through tumultuous storms that
were at times so blinding our only choice was to hold tightly to the
One who calms the seas, the One who promises never to leave nor
forsake us and the One who holds the whole world in His hands ever
interceding for us. When, by appearance all hope was lost, we
prayed, and only by the grace of God, He gave us that peace which
surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6,7) as we trusted Who
was at the helm. The scriptures God gave us to put our hope in are:
"Do not call to mind the former things, or ponder things of the
past. Behold, I will do
something new, now it will spring forth; will you not be aware of
it? I will even make a roadway in the wilderness, rivers in the
desert (Isaiah 43:18-19)." and "The latter splendor of this house
shall be greater than the former", says the LORD of Hosts, "And in
this place I will give prosperity (Haggai 2:9)." and "Be still and
know that I am God( Psalms 46.10)." We didn’t always know what lie
ahead but we were at peace trusting that God is for us (Romans 8:31)
and that He would see us through. He has made us over-comers! It is
because of this that we have chosen TriCom to be the name of our
business. The fact that He gave us the last name Commisso and three
of our family members to bind together in this company and call it
TriCom is secondary.
Hebrews 6:19 says, “This hope we have as an anchor of the
soul, a hope both sure and steadfast.” When the storms of life come
at you, call out to and cling to the Anchor of your soul, Jesus
Christ. He will never leave you, nor forsake you. (Deuteronomy 31:6,
Joshua 1:5)
Matthew 7:24-27 says, “Therefore everyone who hears these
words of Mine and acts upon them may be compared to a wise man who
built his house upon the rock.” The rains came. The house did not
fall. Nor will you when you merely agree with God that He sent His
Son to die in your place, to bear all your sins and deliver you into
eternal life. This world is temporary. Eternity … speaks for itself!
There is no work to be done. Jesus did it all! The choices we make
now in this life determines the foundation of our eternity. We at
TriCom just want to know that in this busy world and in the daily
rush, we have offered each of our customers, vendors and those the
Lord leads to our site, the opportunity to rest in Him, the One and
Only True Living God and King.
As expressed in John 3:16 “For God loved the world SO much
that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him will
not perish but have eternal life.” To personalize it, you can say
“For God loved me so much that He gave His one and only Son, Jesus,
so that if I believe in Him, I will never die (no death for the
believer…we merely change address) but instead, I will have eternal
life.” Jesus’ blood covered the sins of the world by His sacrifice
on the cross at Calvary. He became our sacrificial lamb, once and
for all, and has gone the distance to deliver the coating/covering
(blood of Christ) for our sin so that when God looks upon us, He no
longer sees our sin, He sees His Son!
The symbolism of the "T" in TriCom is a cross made of
spikes/nails representing Jesus being nailed to the cross as our
sacrifice. All mankind's
sins (past, present, future) were nailed to the cross with Jesus.
He took on our sins so that we might become the righteousness
of God (2 Corinthians 5:21).
Just before Jesus died, he cried out, "It is finished." What
He was saying was that the penalty of death for our sins had been
paid once and for all. "God commendeth His love towards us, in that,
while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8).
The fish symbol represents discipleship (we are followers of
Christ). The first
disciples, Peter, Andrew, James, and John, that Jesus called to
follow Him were fishermen.
He told them to follow Him and He would make them fishers of
men (men's souls).
Before Jesus ascended into Heaven, He gave the "Great Commission"
(Matthew 28:19-20). He
was told the disciples to "Go therefore and make disciples of the
nations, baptizing them in the name of The Father, The Son, and The
Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commended you; and
lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
At TriCom, we acknowledge that EVERYTHING we have and
EVERYTHING we are is due to Him!
